At Pickleball Paddles US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all paddles. If your equipment doesn't elevate your game, you can return or exchange it in its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your paddle in its original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
